The search activities initiated for the missing woman in Mersin's Bozyazı district continue uninterruptedly.
According to the information obtained, relatives of 44-year-old Ümmü Pancar, who lives in Elmakuzu District of the district, reported the situation to the 112 Emergency Call Center, as they had not heard from her since 14:00 on Sunday, July 12. Upon notice, a large-scale search operation was launched in the region.
Citizens and Pancar's relatives also support the activities carried out by AFAD, UMKE and gendarmerie commando teams in the forested and hilly areas around the neighborhood.
On the other hand, eyewitness Arif Şimşek stated that he thought the person passing in front of the house while he was working in construction around 10:00 was Ummu Pancar and that he reported the situation to the security forces and his family. In line with the information given by Şimşek, it was learned that the teams intensified their search activities in the region in question.
While the authorities asked citizens who saw Ummu Pancar or knew her location to inform the 112 Emergency Call Center, it was reported that the activities initiated to reach the missing woman continued uninterruptedly. - MERSIN
