Denizli Chamber of Commerce (DTO) Chairman Uğur Erdoğan continues his contacts for Denizli from production to exports, from agriculture to employment, from environment to tourism.

It has been displaying an intense activity tempo with the visits it has made in recent days, sector meetings and programs it has attended. President Erdoğan, who held various contacts and meetings in many areas from agricultural production to industry, from employment to environmental investments, continues to strengthen collaborations that will contribute to the economic and social development of Denizli.

Mayor Uğur Erdoğan attended the Thyme Harvest Event organized by Denizli Governorship in Kurtluca District of Pamukkale District and met with the producers. Drawing attention to the agricultural power of Denizli, Türkiye's leading province in thyme production, Erdoğan stated that the labor of the producers is of great value for the country's economy. Emphasizing the importance of the labor and sweat of the farmers with whom he exchanged ideas at the harvest event, Erdoğan said, "We are proud of our producers who bring the fertility of the soil together with their labor. Denizli's purple thyme fields are among the most important values ​​​​of both our agricultural production and export potential. May the labor of our producers be fruitful, their harvest abundant and their profits permanent."

Denizli Industry and Technology Provincial Director Metin Bitim, who was appointed as Adana Industry and Technology Provincial Director and paid a farewell visit to Denizli Chamber of Commerce, was told by President Erdoğan that they were grateful for his constructive approach, harmony and kindness so far and presented the Denizli rooster plaque. Erdoğan said for the Provincial Director Bitim, "We thank him for the valuable services he has provided to our city, his contributions to inter-institutional cooperation and his productive activities; we wish him continued success in his new position. We wholeheartedly believe that he will provide important and superior services in Adana, one of the exemplary cities of our country in industry and technology, and we hope that his path and fortune will be good." President Erdoğan also hosted Ertuğrul Yıldırım, Provincial Director of Environment, Urbanization and Climate Change, at Denizli Chamber of Commerce. While joint activities for the environment, sustainable development and the future of Denizli were discussed during the visit, President Erdoğan drew attention to the importance of strong cooperation with public institutions. Regarding the institutional meetings, Erdoğan said, "We continue our activities in consultation with all our institutions in line with the common goals of our city. We will continue to strengthen our cooperation in projects that will add value to Denizli."

Tourism and economy were evaluated with THY Denizli Manager

DTO President Uğur Erdoğan also met with Turkish Airlines Denizli Manager Cem Sahir İslam. During the meeting, the expectations of Denizli's business world, the city's tourism potential and the contributions of air transportation to the economy and exports were evaluated. Erdoğan stated that strengthening Denizli's national and international transportation connections will make significant contributions to the business world and said that they will continue to develop inter-institutional cooperation.

Turkish Employment Agency Denizli Provincial Director Çağrı Çeliktaş and his accompanying delegation visited DENKO International Logistics, the company of which Uğur Erdoğan is the chairman of the board. During the visit, evaluations were made on increasing qualified employment, strengthening the labor market and public and private sector cooperation. President Erdoğan stated that they will continue to contribute to production and employment and thanked Provincial Director Çeliktaş and his accompanying delegation for their kind visit.

Exports were discussed with nuts industry representatives

President Erdoğan also hosted DTO's members in the dried nuts sector operating in Serinhisar at Denizli Chamber of Commerce.

At the meeting, members were informed about the activities carried out especially for new target markets abroad, while the expectations and demands of the sector were also evaluated. Regarding the meeting, President Erdoğan said, "We act with strong communication and common sense with our members. We are determinedly pursuing projects that will increase the competitiveness of our sectors, improve export capacity and facilitate access to new markets."

President Erdoğan, who also attended the Ashura Charity organized by the Turkish Beyazay Association Denizli Branch within the scope of his busy schedule, gave a message of unity and solidarity.

Underlining that the spiritual atmosphere of the month of Muharram increases unity and solidarity in society, Erdoğan said, "Our Ashura tradition, which is one of the best examples of sharing and solidarity, strengthens our social unity.
