Muğla Provincial Director of National Education Emre Çay visited the Preference Consultancy Center established at Menteşe Şahidi Secondary School and met with parents and students in order to enable students to make the best decisions in the 2026 LGS preference process.
With the start of the 2026 High School Transition System (LGS) preference marathon, intense work is being spent throughout Muğla to ensure that students can choose the schools that best suit their interests, abilities and academic achievements. In this context, Muğla Provincial Director of National Education Emre Çay examined the Preference Consultancy Center, which was activated at Şahidi Secondary School in Menteşe district, on site.
Provincial Director Emre Çay met with the guidance counselors who provided preference counseling during the visit and received detailed information about the activities carried out and the functioning of the system. Çay paid close attention to the students and parents who were at the center to make their choice, chatted with them, shared their excitement and emphasized the importance of choosing the right school for the students' future.
Stating that the selection process is an important turning point in the lives of students, Provincial Director Emre Çay made the following statements in his statement: "We are on the field with all our resources so that our students can get the best reward for their efforts after a long preparation period and make conscious choices in line with their interests, talents and academic achievements.
