A search and rescue operation was launched to find 3 foreign nationals who lost their way after going for a walk in Rize's Çamlıhemşin district.
According to the information received, 3 foreign nationals, who had been camping in Amlakit Plateau in the district for a week, went for a walk in the region. Realizing that they were lost during the walk, 3 people contacted the 112 Emergency Call Center and requested help.
Upon notice, AFAD and Gendarmerie Search and Rescue (JAK) teams were dispatched to the region.
It was learned that the teams were accompanied by local guides from the region.
