In the district, where animal husbandry is one of the most important livelihoods, milking operations are meticulously carried out twice a day, in the morning and evening. Despite the arduous milking process, producers continue production without interruption.
Producer Münevver Sevinç stated that sheep's milk makes a significant contribution to both family budgets and the regional economy, adding that they are striving to maintain production despite rising costs.
