Hierarchical structure in FETO's encrypted communication network ByLock was deciphered

The hierarchical structure in ByLock, the encrypted communication network of the Fetullah Terrorist Organization, was deciphered. While the number of ByLock IDs exceeds 215 thousand, the top ranks are occupied by private members, senior levels of the organization and important names.
