Esra GÜNTEPE / -In the case where 26 defendants, including Alaattin Köseler, who was suspended from his duty, were tried, 4 of whom were detained on charges of 'tender rigging' and 'establishing, membership and aiding an organization to commit a crime', it was decided to release the detained defendant Uğur İnci. The court ruled to wait for the second indictment and postponed the hearing to 9 October.
Arrested defendants Alaattin Köseler, Uğur İnci, Veli Gümüş and Havva Dindar attended the hearing at the Anatolian 17th High Criminal Court. Some detained defendants and their lawyers were also present at the hearing. At the hearing, it was also reminded that within the scope of the new investigation carried out by the Beykoz Chief Public Prosecutor's Office, Alaattin Köseler and the then Building Control and Zoning Director Ali Cihan Sakman were sent to prison on July 2 for 'taking bribes' and 'extortion by force'.
Announcing its interim decision, the court board stated that it would wait for the indictment regarding the second investigation to be prepared before making the decision and ordered the release of the detained defendant Uğur İnci. The committee postponed the hearing to October 9.
