21 people were detained in the operation carried out in Çekmeköy and Bursa against the criminal organization operating in ISTANBUL and led by Ö.H. 18 of the suspects, who were referred to the courthouse after the procedures at the police station, were sent to prison by the court.
In the activities carried out by the Anatolian Chief Public Prosecutor's Office, under the coordination of the Istanbul Police Department's Organized Crime Branch Directorate and the Intelligence Branch Directorate, the criminal organization, which was determined to be engaged in organized crime activities in Çekmeköy and led by Ö.H., was monitored. During the activities, it was determined that the suspects were involved in many different activities such as 'Aggravated Loot', 'Attempted to Deliberately Kill', 'Deliberate Injury', 'Armed Threat', 'Opposition to the Law No. 6136 on Firearms, Knives and Other Tools', 'Deliberate Endangerment of General Security' and 'Acceptance of Crime'. A simultaneous operation was carried out in Istanbul and Bursa on July 10 to capture the suspects. 21 people were detained during the operation.
18 of the suspects, who were referred to the courthouse after the procedures at the police station, were arrested by the court and sent to prison. On the other hand, 2 suspects were released on condition of judicial control, while 1 person was released after his statement at the prosecutor's office. It was learned that the activities to capture the 4 fugitive suspects are continuing.
