According to the information received, the accident occurred in Gümgüm District of Varto district. The truck and the car, whose drivers' names and license plates are not yet known, collided for an unknown reason. While the car turned into scrap due to the impact, the truck overturned into the ditch. While Sadi Tekin, who was in the car in the accident, died at the scene, Hasan Özel, who was stuck in the same vehicle, was removed from his location with the activities of the health, fire brigade, AFAD and gendarmerie teams and was taken to Varto State Hospital by ambulance. Özel could not be saved despite all the interventions made here.
The truck driver, who was injured in the accident, was referred to Muş State Hospital for further examination and treatment after his first aid at Varto State Hospital. An investigation has been launched into the accident. - MUS
