Images of the traffic incident in Konya, where the mother and daughter walking on the pavement lost their lives as a result of being hit by an out-of-control commercial taxi, have emerged.
The accident occurred at noon on Fetih Street, Doğuş District, central Karatay district. According to the information obtained, the commercial taxi with license plate 42 TT 154, driven by Hasan K. (30), who was traveling in the direction of Altıyol Junction, crashed into the parked vehicles after hitting the mother and daughter walking on the pavement at the intersection of Büyükkumköprü Street and Fetih Street, as a result of the driver losing control of the steering wheel. During the checks carried out by the medical teams who were dispatched to the scene upon notice, it was determined that mother Dilek Öz (53) and her daughter Ecrin Öz (13) lost their lives, while the driver Hasan K. was injured.
On the other hand, the moment of the traffic incident was reflected second by second on the security camera of a workplace. In the footage, it is seen that the commercial vehicle first hit the pedestrian mother and daughter and then hit the parked vehicles. - KONYA
