In Türkiye, 1 million 128 thousand 285 megawatt hours of electricity was produced on a daily basis yesterday, and consumption was 1 million 124 thousand 519 megawatt hours.
According to Turkish Electricity Transmission Inc. data, the highest electricity consumption on an hourly basis yesterday was at 15.00 with 54 thousand 774 megawatt hours, and the lowest consumption was at 06.00 with 35 thousand 84 megawatt hours.
On a daily basis, 1 million 128 thousand 285 megawatt hours of electricity was produced yesterday, and consumption was recorded as 1 million 124 thousand 519 megawatt hours.
Hydroelectric power plants with dams ranked first in production with a share of 22.3 percent. This was followed by imported coal power plants with 18.9 percent and solar power plants with 16.6 percent.
Yesterday, Türkiye exported 8 thousand 798 megawatt hours of electricity and imported 5 thousand 13 megawatt hours of electricity.
