DÜZCE (İHA) – Within the scope of 'Learn Your Movement Age, Live Healthy' awareness activities in Cumayeri district of Düzce, a stand was opened at the Family Health Center and the movement ages of citizens were measured. According to the analysis results, citizens were directed to the Healthy Life Center.
Cumayeri Community Health Center teams opened a stand at the Family Health Center in the district within the scope of Learn Your Age to Exercise, Live Healthy activities. At the event, the data obtained by measuring the movement ages of citizens was analyzed. As a result of the evaluations, citizens were invited to the Healthy Life Center to support healthy living habits. The aim of the study is to increase awareness of physical activity in society and contribute to the promotion of healthy living. - DUZCE
