83-year-old master athlete Çiçek Solon Şensoy from Antalyaspor won 3 gold medals at the Murat Akman Masters Türkiye Championship.
In the championship held by the Turkish Athletics Federation at Izmir Atatürk Stadium on July 11-12, 270 athletes between the ages of 35-85 competed in the disciplines of running, throwing and jumping.
83-year-old master athlete Şensoy from Antalyaspor won the 100 meter race on the first day and the 200 meter race on the second day of the championship.
Şensoy, who also won the gold medal in shot put, completed the organization with 3 gold medals.
Şensoy will also compete in the Baltic Open and Estonian Masters Championship to be held in Estonia on 8-9 August and the 35th Balkan Masters Athletics Track Championship to be held in Romania on 17-20 September.
