This morning, a detention order was issued for Nasuh Mahruki, the founder and former president of AKUT, by the Bakırköy Chief Public Prosecutor's Office on the charge of "inciting the public to hatred and hostility or humiliating" due to his "July 15" post on his social media account.

An ex officio investigation was launched this morning by the Bakırköy Chief Public Prosecutor's Office against Nasuh Mahruki, the founder of the Search and Rescue Association (AKUT), due to his July 15 post on his virtual media account.

A detention order was issued for Mahruki on the charge of 'inciting the public to hatred and hostility or humiliating'. Mahruki was detained at his home in Istanbul.
