In Eskişehir, a car that slowed down due to a vehicle's faulty maneuver was hit by an SUV coming from behind. The driver who allegedly caused the accident, which was avoided with material damage, did not stop and disappeared.
The accident occurred on Gündüz Ökçün Boulevard in Batıkent District of Tepebaşı district. Allegedly, the car with plate number 26 AHU 724, which was driving on the boulevard, had to brake suddenly and slow down in order to avoid entering the tramway due to the sudden maneuver of another vehicle. At that time, the SUV vehicle with plate number 26 AKL 995, which was coming from behind, could not stop and hit the slowing car from behind. While the severity of the crash caused serious material damage to both vehicles, luckily no one was injured. While the drivers involved in the accident were in great shock, the driver of the vehicle alleged to have caused the accident did not stop at the scene and continued on his way.
