Kwak Noh-jung, CEO of South Korea-based semiconductor manufacturer SK Hynix, predicted that 2027 would be the worst year in the industry's history in terms of memory supply. According to Kwak, despite capacity investments, customer demand will exceed the company's production capacity even after 2030.
