The prosecution statement of Yeliz Kaya, who was detained within the scope of the Pal investigation carried out by the Istanbul Chief Public Prosecutor's Office, has been revealed. Kaya, who worked as Haluk Levent's assistant, made remarkable allegations regarding bank accounts, checks, real estate transfers and money movements related to the Friends Association.

Stating that he is an insured employee, Kaya said, "I used all my accounts by doing the transactions Haluk Levent said." Arguing that the money he sent to Berkant Emergency was transferred on Levent's instructions, Kaya said that he did not have any other relationship with this person.

Yeliz Kaya claimed that she did not know the inner workings of the Friends Association and that she had no connection with the association. Kaya said, "The money transfers made through my account with the Dude Association were made entirely under his instructions." He also claimed that Haluk Levent told him that he could be indebted to the Dude Association because he was the president of the association.

Kaya said that Haluk Levent sent money to Güney Köse, saying that he would be a partner in the company called Akberg. Stating that he did not know where the money was used later, Kaya claimed that he was not aware of the fate of the investment in question.

Yeliz Kaya claimed that the signatures on the back of the checks issued in her name did not belong to her. "Haluk Levent made the signatures as my signature. In fact, the signature he signed is not even my signature," said Kaya, adding that this is why the checks were collected from the market.

Kaya admitted that he transferred the immovable properties registered in his name to Esin Önder Çağlayan and other people to whom Levent said he was indebted, upon the instructions of Haluk Levent. "I don't know the people I transferred, but he said he owed them," said Kaya, and argued that he did not carry out the transactions by his own decision.

Claiming that Levent planned to pay off his debts by purchasing the real estate from contractors with term bills, Kaya said that the real estate was transferred to him because Levent could not buy it in his own name.

"Since he couldn't take it upon himself, he took it on me. He used me," said Kaya, arguing that he only followed Levent's instructions in bank and title deed transactions. Stating that Haluk Levent was in a difficult situation due to his debts, Kaya said, "I got in debt to banks because of him, my credit cards ran out. Haluk Levent burned me because of his own debts."

During the investigation, it was learned that Kaya's bank accounts, signatures on checks, money transfers with the Friends Association and real estate transfers were examined.

In the report prepared by MASAK, it was stated that Kaya will have a transaction volume of 5 billion lira in 2024, 10 billion lira in 2025 and 4 billion lira in 2026. The report stated that high amounts of money transfers were made from individuals and companies that do not have a partnership relationship, and it was evaluated that money movements from jewelers and foreign exchange companies should also be examined financially.

In the report, it was stated that a high amount of cash was deposited into Berkant Emergency's bank accounts, and 97.3 million lira of cash was deposited into his account only in August and September 2024. In addition, the report included the information that the 1.5 million dollars deposited into Emergency's account by Yeliz Kaya on September 10, 2024 was transferred back to Kaya's account the next day.
