He continues his tough bread challenge at 400 degrees.

As the temperature reaches 40 degrees in Kahramanmaraş, the masters in stone ovens continue to produce bread despite the scorching heat. Masters work for hours in front of stone ovens, working hard to deliver the bread they produce to the tables.

Mustafa Gürdal, who has been a baker for about 35 years, stated that operating conditions become much harsher in the summer months. Stating that the temperature in front of the oven is at an indescribable level, Gürdal said, "The temperature outside reaches 35-40 degrees. However, when you sit in front of the oven, you are faced with a temperature of approximately 300-400 degrees. It is not possible to describe this, it has to be experienced. If anyone is curious, come and stand in front of the stove for five minutes. Only then can they understand how difficult it is to operate in this heat."

"Water is the only thing keeping us alive in this heat"

Gürdal said, "It is 40 degrees outside, 400 degrees inside. We are literally burning. I can say that we have experienced hell in this world. I hope it will not burn on the other side as well. May God not give us the absence of water. Water is the only thing that keeps us alive in this heat. We can only come to our senses when we drink a sip of water. It is not possible to withstand this heat otherwise."

Gürdal stated that an outsider cannot stay in the oven environment for a long time and said, "We work in front of ovens that reach 300-400 degrees for about 10 hours every day." - KAHRAMANMARAŞ
