In Malatya, on the occasion of the 10th anniversary of the treacherous coup attempt of July 15, sela was recited in mosques throughout the city at 00.13.
Following the treacherous coup attempt of the Fetullah Terrorist Organization (FETO) on July 15, 2016, the greetings recited in Malatya, as well as in all of Türkiye, rose again at the same time on the 10th anniversary of the struggle for democracy. Within the framework of the program organized by the Presidency of Religious Affairs within the scope of the July 15 Democracy and National Unity Day, the sounds of greetings instilling the spirit of unity and solidarity in the nation on the night of the treacherous coup attempt were heard as of 00.13. It was read simultaneously in approximately 90 thousand mosques across Türkiye. In Malatya, when the clocks showed 00.13, greetings were heard in mosques across the city, especially Kernek Karagözlüler Mosque. While citizens listened to the sounds of sala, prayers were said for the martyrs of July 15.
