A 91-year-old man, who had not been heard from since yesterday evening in Manisa's Salihli district, was found flying into the drying canal in the reed area with his car. It was determined that the old man died.
According to the information obtained, Oral Yalçın (91), who lives in Dombaylı District of Salihli district, left his home yesterday evening with his car with plate number 45 LK 662. Upon the notice of his relatives, who had not heard from him for a long time, gendarmerie teams started a search operation with the support of citizens. As part of the search activities, citizens noticed the car in the drying canal in the reed area in the stockade in the Bezirganlı area of the Salihli-Köprübaşı old highway. Upon notice, health and fire brigade teams were dispatched to the scene. Upon check by the medical teams, it was determined that Yalçın died at the scene. After the public prosecutor's investigation at the scene, Oral Yalçın's body was taken to the morgue of Salihli State Hospital.
