One person died and 23 people were injured as a result of the tractor trailer overturning in Muş's Bulanık district.
The trailer of the tractor carrying picnic goers, whose driver's name is not known yet, overturned at the Gelin Çeşmesi location on the Bulanık-Varto highway.
Upon notice, 112 Emergency Health, gendarmerie and fire brigade teams were dispatched to the region.
24 people, mostly children, injured in the accident were taken to Bulanık State Hospital by ambulances.
One of the injured could not be saved despite the interventions.
Bulanık District Governor Ömer Övünç Koşansu came to the hospital, visited the injured and received information about their health conditions.
