In the documentary, it was stated that the then Governor of Siirt, Mustafa Tutulmaz, ensured coordination with the police, judicial authorities and non-governmental organizations from the first moments of the coup attempt, increased security measures, and thousands of citizens gathered in front of the governor's office after President Recep Tayyip Erdoğan's call to the squares. In the documentary, the moments when 22 armored vehicles from Siirt 3rd Commando Brigade Command came to the Governorship and tried to take the area under control on the night of the coup, and citizens blocked the progress of military vehicles by setting up barricades on the roads with their vehicles were told. The documentary, which stated that the citizens continued the democracy watch by not leaving the Governorship despite the shooting into the air from the armored vehicles, also included the meetings between the then Governor Mustafa Tutulmaz and the coup plotter soldiers, with the calls of the citizens "The military is ours, the police are ours", preventing a possible conflict and the coup plotter soldiers having to return to their barracks. The production also included the judicial processes initiated after the coup attempt. It was shared that, within the scope of the investigations carried out by the Siirt Chief Public Prosecutor's Office, action was taken against many military personnel, and the soldiers who were determined to have played an active role in the coup attempt were sent to prison. In the documentary, the experiences of Sabahattin Güloğlu, who barricaded himself with his vehicles against the coup plotters, Dilaver Batur, who became one of the symbols of resistance by lying in front of the armored vehicle, and Hüseyin Çivi, who unfurled the Turkish flag and called the citizens to the Governor's Office, were also told with their testimonies.
