Manisa Provincial Director of Agriculture and Forestry Mehmet Karayılan visited the early vineyard in Sarıgöl's Tırazlar District on July 15 and met with the producers. Karayılan, who inspected the vineyards before harvest, said that they will continue to support the producers at every stage.
Manisa Provincial Director of Agriculture and Forestry, Mehmet Karayılan, visited the early vineyard that reached harvest maturity in Tırazlar District of Sarıgöl district on July 15, Democracy and National Unity Day, and met with the producers.
During the inspections carried out in the vineyard, Karayılan received information from the producers about the grape varieties grown, the latest situation before harvest, the expected yield and the brix (sugar) value of the product, and made evaluations on the production activities carried out throughout the season and the issues faced by the producers.
Stating that they attach importance to supporting farmers at every stage of production, Provincial Agriculture and Forestry Director Mehmet Karayılan stated that one-on-one meetings with producers in the field are of great importance both in terms of on-site evaluation of the current situation and carrying out solution-oriented activities.
Stating that the excitement of harvesting early grapes has begun in Manisa, one of Türkiye's leading provinces in grape production, Karayılan wished a fruitful, productive and profitable harvest season to all farmers who produce with hard work.
Deputy Provincial Director of Agriculture and Forestry Serdar Mersinli and Sarıgöl District Director of Agriculture and Forestry Ahmet Akar accompanied the visit. - MANISA
