Teams from the Provincial Police Department Anti-Narcotics Branch Directorate inspected suspicious vehicles at a checkpoint on the highway as part of their operations to prevent drug trafficking. In the minibus stopped by the teams, 9 kilograms and 400 grams of skunk were seized, hidden inside the spare tire, during a detailed search conducted with the sensitive-nosed narcotics dog Jardi. Legal proceedings were initiated against F.A. and M.B., who were detained in the operation, on charges of "Manufacturing and Trafficking of Drugs or Stimulants."
