Within the scope of the investigation, detention orders were issued for the suspects on charges of "establishing a criminal organization", "being a member of a criminal organisation", "taking a bribe", "giving bribes" and "tender rigging", and searches and seizures were carried out at the addresses.

In this context, 30 suspects, including Hüseyin Can Güner, were detained and transferred to Ankara Courthouse after completing their procedures at the police station.

After giving a statement to the public prosecutor at the Ankara Chief Public Prosecutor's Office, the suspects were referred to the Criminal Judgeship of Peace on Duty with a request for arrest.
