A mother and her 10-year-old son were injured when the car went out of control in Karaman, crossed the median and hit a lighting pole. While the car was wrecked in the accident, the driver hugged his injured wife and waited by her side.
The accident took place on Adnan Menderes Boulevard in Çeltek District. According to the information obtained, the Fiat Tofaş brand car with plate number 33 NDA 93, driven by İsmail G. (51), went out of control and went onto the median as a result of the driver losing control of the steering wheel. The skidding car was able to stop by hitting the lighting pole in the median. The driver's wife, Aysel G. (48), and her 10-year-old son, E.K.G., were passengers in the car during the accident. was injured. Driver İsmail G. survived the accident uninjured. Upon the notice of those who saw the accident, health, police and fire brigade teams were dispatched to the scene. The mother and her son, who were stuck in the vehicle, were rescued by the fire brigade and handed over to medical teams. Driver İsmail G. hugged his wife, who was injured in the accident, and did not leave her side. After the first aid at the scene, the injured were taken to Karaman Training and Research Hospital by ambulance and received treatment.
