BEIJING, July 16 (Xinhua) -- Chinese Foreign Ministry Spokesperson Lin Jian said that they will continue to resolutely support Cuba's efforts to protect its national sovereignty and oppose foreign intervention.
Lin made a statement at the press conference on Thursday regarding the news that senior officials of the US Department of Defense were recently evaluating the possibility of launching a military operation against Cuba.
Lin emphasized that the United States should immediately end all military threats and blockades against Cuba.
