In Çorlu district of TEKİRDAĞ, a car whose driver swerved to avoid hitting a dog that suddenly appeared in front of it lost control and crashed into the barriers.
The accident occurred at night on the Çorlu-Ergene Ring Road. The driver, Barış Yaşar (19), swerved when a dog suddenly appeared in front of his car, bearing license plate 59 ALT 891. The out-of-control vehicle struck barriers on both sides before coming to a stop approximately 60 meters further down the road. Following the report, police, health, and fire crews were dispatched to the scene. Driver Yaşar fortunately sustained only minor scratches in the accident. It was reported that Barış Yaşar stated he swerved the steering wheel to avoid hitting the dog that suddenly appeared on the road, leading to the accident. Police teams have launched an investigation into the incident.
