Young painters from Gaza painted his picture on a ruined wall to commemorate Petty Officer Senior Sergeant Ömer Halisdemir, who was martyred by the Fetullah Terrorist Organization (FETO) during the July 15 coup attempt.
Young painters drew Halisdemir's picture on the wall of a building destroyed during Israeli attacks in the Nusayrat Refugee Camp in the central part of the Gaza Strip.
Children from Gaza waved Turkish and Palestinian flags on the wall in question.
Children gathered around the wall and carried photographs of the July 15 coup attempt.
Displaced Palestinian children and young people who took shelter in tents in the area heavily damaged by Israeli attacks stated that they drew the portrait of martyr Ömer Halisdemir and the Turkish flag to commemorate the heroic martyr and show their solidarity with the Turkish people.
