A commemoration ceremony was held in Tehran for the former leader of Iran, Ali Khamenei, who lost his life in the US-Israeli air strike.
Many political, military and religious officials, including Iranian President Massoud Pezeshkian, Quds Force Commander Brigadier General Ismail Kaani, Ali Khamenei's sons Mustafa, Massoud and Meysam Khamenei, and former President Mahmoud Ahmadinejad attended the ceremony held at the Imam Khomeini Musalla Mosque in the capital.
A recitation of the Holy Quran was performed at the ceremony. ???????
Ali Khamenei's body was recently buried in the special section reserved for him at the Imam Reza Tomb in Mashhad, Iran.
