In his statement on his social media account on July 12, Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelenskiy announced that they had decided to change the political strategy of his country and that the government would be revised in this context.
Zelenskiy used the following statements in his message:
"We decided that the changes would require a renewal of the council of ministers. I am grateful to Yuliya for her clear, steady and effective activities as prime minister, for her years of successful activities in the Ukrainian government, and I offered her to lead a new and important direction in relations with a key ally of ours."
Some social media accounts in Ukraine claim that 40-year-old Sviridenko, who took office as prime minister in July last year, will be appointed as the US Ambassador to Washington.
