According to the official statement made by IETT, within the scope of the decision taken by the Istanbul Governorship, a temporary route change will be implemented in the metrobus operation due to the 15 July Democracy and National Unity Day Commemoration Race.
Within the scope of the regulation, metrobus services will be carried out on the Fatih Sultan Mehmet Bridge route instead of the normal bridge route, starting from 03.00 on Wednesday, July 15, until a second announcement is made.
In this context, metrobus vehicles will continue their trips using the Fatih Sultan Mehmet Bridge between Zincirlikuyu and Söğütlüçeşme stations.
A special transportation plan was also made for passengers traveling from the Anatolian Side to the European Side. Accordingly:
Passengers getting on from Söğütlüçeşme Metrobus Station,
With metrobuses using the Fatih Sultan Mehmet Bridge route,

Passengers traveling from the European Side to the Anatolian Side will need to transfer at Zincirlikuyu Metrobus Station.
Authorities stated that passengers should make their travel plans taking this temporary regulation into consideration.
According to IETT's announcement, 6 metrobus stations will be closed to passenger boarding and boarding within the scope of the temporary transportation regulation.
