The statement made by Başkent Electricity Distribution Company about the power outages in Ankara is as follows:

There will be a water outage on the drinking water distribution network line located on Şehitlik Mahallesi Çamlıca Street between 09.15 and 17.00 on 16 July 2026 due to a 110 millimeter diameter PVC pipe failure caused by third parties. The work is planned to be completed by 18.00. A part of Şehitlik District will be affected by the outage. The teams continue their activities to fix the malfunction as soon as possible.

Due to the power outage that occurred during the power line activities carried out by Enerjisa in Beşbeyler and Avdan neighborhoods, there will be a water outage between 11.00 and 18.00 on July 16, 2026. Avdan District, Kuşçular District, Beyler District Gölnyazı Cluster Houses and Beyler District Dikilitaş Cluster Houses will be affected by the outage.

Due to the power outage in Fatih District in Hasanoğlan region, there will be a pressure drop and water outage between 12.30 and 23.30 on July 16, 2026. The upper elevations of Muzaffer Ekşi District, a part of Bahçelievler District, the upper elevations of Havuzbaşı District, the entire Fatih District, the upper elevations of Şehitlik District and a part of İstasyon District will be affected by the outage. The teams continue their activities to solve the problem as soon as possible.

Due to the electrical malfunction in the thousand-meter riser line, there will be an unplanned water outage between 15.30 and 19.00 on July 16, 2026. Meşeli Gölyayla District, Yukarıemirler District, Kızılöz District and Tahtayazı District will be affected by the outage.
