Thanks to the on-site registration application implemented in cooperation with Elazığ Commodity Exchange and Mezopotamia ÜPAK, grain producers from Kovancılar will now be able to quickly complete all Electronic Product Bill (ELÜS) transactions in their own districts without having to go to Elazığ center.

Within the scope of the application, the Electronic Product Receipt (ELÜS) transactions of the producers who will deliver grain to the Turkish Grain Board (TMO) will now be carried out in Kovancılar district. In order for producers to complete their transactions faster, Elazığ Commodity Exchange personnel will start to serve in the Kovancılar Chamber of Agriculture building. Thus, farmers will be able to complete all registration procedures in their districts without having to go to Elazığ center for membership and account opening procedures. Producers who want to benefit from the licensed warehousing system and ELUS applications will be able to access the necessary documents from the official website of Mezopotamya ÜPAK.

Mehmet Ali Dumandağ, Chairman of the Board of Directors of Elazığ Commodity Exchange, stated that Kovancılar is one of the important centers of Elazığ in grain production and said, "We assigned our staff to Kovancılar so that our producers can access the services more easily. Thanks to the on-site registration application, the transactions of our farmers will be accelerated and the licensed warehousing system will be used more effectively in our region."
