A person shot himself with the gun of his son, the police chief, in Karacasu district of Aydın. The lifeless body of 63-year-old Kamil Kulaksız, who lost his life in the incident, was taken to the Forensic Medicine Institute for autopsy to determine the exact cause of death.
The incident took place in the evening hours in Karacasu district center. According to the information obtained; 63-year-old Kamil Kulaksız, who lives in Denizli but has been receiving psychological treatment for a while, came to the house of his son M. Kulaksız, Karacasu police chief, about a month ago and started living here.
Allegedly, Kamil Kulaksız found the licensed gun of his son, the district police chief, which was kept on a closet at home. Police and medical teams were dispatched to the area upon the notice of neighbors who heard gunshots coming from the house. Paramedics entered the residence together with the police and discovered that the 63-year-old man had died as a result of a gunshot wound.
While Karacasu District Governor İsmail Battal came to the scene and investigated the death, the crime scene investigation teams carried out a detailed activity, and it was stated that the father, who was learned to have received psychological treatment, shot himself with the gun of his police son.
While Kamil Kulaksız's body was taken to the morgue of the Forensic Medicine Institute for autopsy after investigations at the scene, the investigation into the incident continues. - AYDIN
